Entrepreneurship as a sphere of owners' Abilities realization in the modern conditions

This paper substantiates the thesis that entrepreneurship, as one of the leading areas of person's activity, acquires a qualitatively new content, place and role in the economy and society. It is developed with the modern scientific and technological revolution and the widespread introduction of its achievements in social production, and inclusive globalization, acceleration of socio-economic processes, and the implementation of sustainable development concept. Modern business is defined as the realization sphere of private owners ' abilities. This approach allows us to determine the main factor of business development in modern conditions - the educational system because human abilities, including business activities, along with specific competences are formed mainly in the field of education. Further reform of the educational system is the main condition for the development of innovative entrepreneurship.
