Representative bodies in the formation of municipal property

Municipalities have the right to property in the public interest. Local governments are able to acquire and exercise of property rights and obligations. The competence and status of such bodies are established by legal acts. The interest of the municipality, the utility of its property is to meet different public needs. The article reviews concession agreements in respect of municipal property as well as the balance of interests of community inhabitants and public interests.
