Presentation of precipitation data in construction climatology

The article outlines the problems associated with the presentation of precipitation data in the Code of Practice "Construction Climatology." In particular, it is noted that in many regions, including the Kaliningrad region, there are data on only one meteorological station, the daily maximum of precipitation is recorded for calendar (meteorological) days, wind and other losses are not taken into account. Proposed ways to solve these problems on the example of meteorological stations of the Kaliningrad region. The amounts of annual precipitation of meteorological stations of the cities of Kaliningrad and Baltiysk for warm and cold periods (data from the archive and from full proofreading) are presented. Daily precipitation maximums of meteorological stations of the cities of Kaliningrad, Bal-tiysk and Sovetsk for meteorological days RC, 24-hour R24, linear trend RC were obtained. The results of the tests are intended for use in the formation of regional regulatory documents.
