Prosecutor's proposal as a form of response to a violation of law

Application of law in the modern theory of state and law means authoritative activity of competent bodies and officials in the preparation and adoption of a special, individual decision on the legal case. One of the components of such activity is the prosecutor’s proposal as an act of prosecutorial response to violations of law. In the form of the proposal, the prosecutor puts forth a legally justified claim to take actual measures on elimination of violations of law, as well as their causes and contributing conditions.
