The political picture of the world and its specific character in the perception of primary school children and preschoolers is discussed in the article. The influence of the education system in the formation of the components of the political picture of the world of children is investigated. The analysis of empirical data derived from survey interviews with preschool children and students of public and private schools of Krasnodar city is made.
