Concept of modern youth about marriage and family in the light of traditional spiritual and moral values

The article is devoted to the analysis of the ideas of modern youth about the institutions of marriage and family. The analysis is based on the results of a sociological study conducted by the author among young people aged 18 to 24 years in a number of constituent entities of the Central and Volga Federal Districts, in comparison with previously conducted studies by experts from VTsIOM, the National Research University Higher School of Economics and data from Rosstat. It is noted that modern youth in general are characterized by a change in traditional ideas about marriage and family, however, certain elements of traditionalism are still present.
