Preliminary inventory of vegetation in the federal nature refuge «Аltacheysky» – the key site of the steppe transboundary area «Selenga»

Represented the primary inventory of vegetation in special natural protected area "Altacheysky federal refuge". Identified two major natural complex — mountain taiga and steppe. Most of the forest-steppe ecotone refuge occupies. Vegetation is established 240 species of highest vascular plants belonging to 60 families. Were observed 39 species of trees and shrubs. 11 species are classified as rare and included in the regional Red Books.
