Preliminary mathematical data processing in problems of decisions justification on the socio-economic system'S state

The approaches to the processing of data on socio-economic systems presented in the form of time series are considered. Theoretical propositions are proposed for studying the correlation between them based on the separation of the general tendency and oscillation. The methods of analysis of information on multidimensional elements of observation that are components of these systems are considered. Technologies are proposed for analyzing the complex variation of their parameters as indivisible objects by factor characteristics.
