Pre-election campaign speeches master mined by professors of the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation

Based on the researches carried out by various departments of the Finance University under the Government of the Russian Federation the theses of election program are developing: the ways to solve economic problems and to recover justice in economic relations, the arrangements to create the infrastructural basis for the growth of Russian economic, considering the accounting as a foundation for the economic decisions. Also the author describes a package of measures to adjust the educational standard, and esteems the moderate cultural and spiritual exposure with the basics of Russian Civilization - the Byzantine culture.
