It was analyzed 742 CA patients. 233 (31.4%) of these patients were diagnosed only on the basis of sensitivity and specificity of CA non-invasive methods when compared to CA for pathology GCA was 72.8% and 75.5 %. To determine the required number of projections performed at CA, we analyzed 197 angiograms of patients whose lesions were detected only by the CA. To identify arterial aneurysms and stenosis lesions of GCA have significantly more informative oblique projection, when compared with the anteroposterior and lateral projections. Diagnosis of AVM and CCF was not significantly informative in all projections. With a total examination of all lesions we see a statistically significant advantage over conventional oblique projections anteroposterior and lateral.
Cerebral angiography, brachycephalic artery, complication of cerebral angiography, intracranial arterial aneurysm, arteriovenous malformation, the specificity of non-invasive methods, sensitive non-invasive methods
