Advantages and opportunities of TOCER for residents (based on the materials of the Perm region)

The article presents the advantages of territories of advanced socio-economic development for residents. The authors defined the conditions created for the formation of a favorable climate for investment, as well as for ensuring comfortable living conditions of the population in these territories. The article presents data on territories of advanced socio-economic development "Nytva" and " Chusovoy", located in the Perm Region, defines tax benefits for residents, analyzes the financial and economic results of the implementation of investment projects by residents of territories of advanced socio-economic development.
