Advantage of modern satellite landing systems and their application in the Republic of Uzbekistan

The article discusses the modern satellite landing system GLS (Global Landing System) and its ground-based complement GBAS (Ground Based Augmentation System) to increase the safety of aircraft landing. As well as its advantages over the traditional landing and application system at the Ташкент-Южный airport. The introduction of a satellite landing system in the Republic of Uzbekistan will increase the rate of aircraft landing and reduce the costs associated with maintaining the system.
