The article is devoted to the bases of termination of the contract of agency services. The author has correlated and analyzed the bases for termination of the contract, provided by chapter 26 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and article 1010 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The changes of the current legislation regarding the bases of termination of the contract of agency services have been offered.
