Transformation of a citizen's bankruptcy procedure in the background of crisis in the economy

This article analyzes the legislation and law enforcement practice of the bankruptcy procedure of citizens. The tendency of transformation of certain elements of the bankruptcy procedure depending on the presence or absence of certain crisis phenomena in the country's economy at different historical stages is considered. The problematic issues of a citizen's bankruptcy procedure are highlighted.
