Obstacles and their restrictions in enterprise activity

In article questions of activity of businessmen and participation of the state in regulation of enterprise relations are considered. Questions of obstacles in realization by businessmen of the rights are analyzed, their classification is given, concrete examples and ways of their restriction are resulted. Also some problems of civil-law responsibility the states demanding theoretical and the legislative permission are considered.
