Obstacles on development of leveraged buyout (LBO) developments in Russia

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of LBO transactions and the specifics of conducting transactions of this type in Russia. The economic situation in Russia is characterized. The purpose of the study is to analyze examples of Russian LBO transactions and to identify obstacles and constraints on the path of development of the LBO market in Russia. It is also justified why foreign models of these transactions are not relevant in the Russian market.
