The article examines the crime, its victim and morality . In their analysis, the authors proceed from the fact that criminology, criminal law, and other legal sciences must turn to the study of their main object - man as a system consisting of spiritual and material sides - which is a necessary condition for ensuring harmony between normative regulators of human behavior and their internal attitudes, as well as the norms of public morality . The most effective means of regulatory regulation are those that correlate with the moral attitudes of a person and society . The risks of activities aimed at changing the moral values of society in favor of the temporary situation are noted, and the need to take into account the versatility of the moral and legal assessment of the crime, its victim and the criminal is justified .
