Crimes against government and problems of their prevention

The article is devoted to crimes committed against state power. Our goal is to identify the reasons and conditions for committing crimes against the state authorities, identify ways and identify problems of their prevention. In our work we need to present a picture of crimes against state power, to give them criminological analysis and to touch on the problems of their prevention.
