Crimes against property in pre-revolutionary legislative acts

This article is devoted to the consideration of crimes against property, as they are the most common crimes committed in Russia. Crimes against property are the subject of study by many authors, however, they often focus on the qualification of certain types of these socially dangerous encroachments. This article examines crimes against property in pre-revolutionary legislative acts.
