Crimes against military service in foreign countries

The article analyses the criminal law and criminal proceeding in developed countries. It discovers peculiarities of military criminal responsibility for the crime against military service and their prosecution. The author examines the practice of separate law construction, which regulates the criminal and legal protection of the military officers.
