This work is dedicated to the research and development of effective approaches to organizing and conducting physical activity breaks (also known as "energizers" or "exercise breaks") in elementary school classes. The study examines the theoretical foundations of organizing these breaks, their significance for the physical and mental development of young school children, and their classification. The research findings can be used by elementary school teachers to improve the efficiency of the learning process, enhance the physical condition, and improve the psycho-emotional climate in the classroom. The presented materials can serve as a basis for creating a collection of physical activity breaks adapted to various subjects and age groups.
