Crimes in the field of registration of illegal real estate transactions: issues of regulation and forensic research

N the article the author draws attention to the problems of combating crimes in the field of registration of illegal real estate transactions. Concretizing a group of acts, a single criminal result of which is the illegal transfer of ownership or other legal possession of real estate, committed with the active participation of officials and other professionals, implementing the powers granted to them contrary to the interests of the service for the Commission of these acts, the author identified their common features and justified the need for the development of private interspecies forensic methods of crime investigation in the field of registration of illegal real estate transactions.
