Crimes in the field of sports

The article is devoted to crimes committed in sports activities. Our goal is to identify crimes committed in sports activities, to determine the correct classification of these acts. The article deals with the problems of the value of motive for the correct legal assessment of offenses in the field of sports. Analyzed the concept of «counter-investigation» and identified and described the techniques and methods of using evidence to overcome the counteraction to investigation of crimes. The problems of struggle against opposition to the investigation in the field of sports are presented, ways of their elimination are found. Sport today has become an integral part of many people’s lives. Sport arose and exists because people have a need to expend excessive energy that requires an exit; the desire to use the magical properties of certain actions due to the need for entertainment and play. Professional sports in modern Russia is the sphere of implementation of serious business projects, the intersection of state, corporate and private commercial interests. In recent years, the state and lawmakers have paid attention the need for legal regulation of existing relations in sports, both Amateur and professional.
