Juvenile delinquency: features, causal complex

Introduction: the article highlights the complex of the main causes underlying juvenile delinquency. The author pays special attention to family as the institution of personal socialization. The global information factor, or online factor, is also considered as one of the modern factors that have a significant impact on juvenile delinquency. Materials and Methods: the universal dialectical method of cognition was the methodological basis for the article. The author also applied general scientific and specific scientific methods of cognition: historical and legal method, system-structural analysis, analogy, generalization, comparison, differentiation, modeling, observation, analytical examination. Results: the family is considered as one of the main stages of socialization of a person of juvenile age, as well as family problems are analyzed, which is one of the main factors underlying the type of crime under study. The results of the author's research are proposed, which is aimed at establishing the features of the formation of the personality of a modern juvenile delinquent, as well as identifying the main causes of juvenile delinquency. Discussion and Conclusions: the author points out the relationship between family problems and significant pastime of juveniles in the Internet space, social networks, which begins to form one of the factors of juvenile delinquency.
