Criminal associations as a type of complicity in illegal activities in Eastern Siberia at the beginning of the XX century

Introduction: the article considers the process of development of a special part of the domestic criminal law. The specificity of manifestation and distribution of various types of criminal complicity in illegal activities in the territory of Eastern Siberia are reflected. The main features of the most dangerous forms of collusion practiced by representatives of the criminal community of pre-revolutionary time are determined. Typical ways of counteraction to these manifestations of crime are revealed and their efficiency is analyzed. Materials and Methods: the methodology of scientific work was determined by its purpose and objectives, its basis is the method of dialectical materialism, the principles of historicism and science, which provided a comprehensive nature of the study. Results: revealed some obvious discrepancy between the criminological theory and law enforcement practice, which took place in the early XX century in Eastern Siberia. Summary and Conclusion: one of the features of the development of domestic criminal legislation in the pre-revolutionary period was its apparent inconsistency with the Siberian realities, where by the beginning of the XX century there was the most highly developed criminal environment...
