The preventive component in the anti-terrorism structure

The article presents the research results covering the foreign experience and the anti-terrorism measures that have been developing in Russia over the recent twenty-five years. The authors believe that the most important task of the anti-terrorism measures is the prevention of terrorist activities. The tasks and the complex of preventive measures in the anti-terrorism structure are defined.
