The causal structure in “Spirits Mail” of I. A. Krylov as an expression of enlightenment rationalism

The article deals with the causal complex sentences not only as structural elements of the syntactic organization of the text, but also as an important tool to achieve artistic design, due to the rationalistic outlook of the writer. It is shown that the causal complex sentences, speaking as part of a formal, in a literary text semanticized and is an indispensable factor of meaning. In this regard, analyzes the semantic types of causal complex sentences in the I. A. Krylov’s “Spirits mail”.
