Today, modern companies, realizing the need for adaptation, are developing and applying methods aimed at the most rapid and efficient inclusion of a new employee in the business life of the company. An important point in improving the adaptation process is team building, conflict resolution, improving the adaptation of a novice in the team, individual psychological counseling of employees and managers, and the development of mentoring. The article discusses the stages of adaptation of customs officers by creating teams of like-minded people, united by the values of the organization and corporate ethics.
