Causes, functions and consequences of youth migration in Kyrgyzstan

The proposed article examines the terminology of youth, youth policy, identifies the causes and consequences of youth migration. Migration of young people can be connected not only with demographic or social aspects, but also migration can be connected with economic factors, prestigious education, with the desire of young people to improve their economic well-being, i.e. search for a higher-paying job abroad, as well as permanent residence in a developed country, etc. Measures in the field of education and its strategies are proposed as measures.. The migration policy of any State should be based on quantitative guidelines. Without this, it is impossible to understand what the goals, directions and volumes of work on managing the migration flows of young people will be, it is necessary to justify the costs and assess the possible result of the steps taken.
