Causes and conditions of deviant behavior of vehicles drivers on the roads of Russia

The article is devoted to topical issues related to the causes and conditions of deviant behavior of vehicles drivers on the roads of Russia. The author points out and systematizes causes influencing on formation of deviant behavior of motor vehicle drivers, based on the results of empirical research. The possible ways to reduce the causes are considered, as well as the attempts to identify trends in the further development of road accidents on the roads of Russia. According to the author, the problem of causality of drivers’ deviant behavior arises scientific and practical interest and requires further in-depth study on the example of the Republic of Buryatia.
