Reasons and conditions of smuggling of drugs, psychotropic substances, their precursors and analogues, plants or their parts containing narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their precursor under the conditions of customs union formation

The article is devoted to the causal complex, causing the smuggling of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their precursors or analogues, plants or parts thereof, containing narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their precursors in terms of the creation of the Customs Union. The author comes to the conclusion that the dominant position is occupied by socio-economic, political and organizationa-legal factors that cause and contribute to the development and prosperity of the causes and conditions of this phenomenon.
