The causes and conditions of committing crimes in the sphere of illicit drug trafficking by criminal communities

Purpose: A study of the causal complex of committing crimes by criminal communities in the sphere of illicit drug trafficking. Methodology: System method, methods of analysis and synthesis were used. Results: The article analyzes the factors that determine the organization of criminal communities in the sphere of illicit drug trafficking and their functioning. Novelty/originality/value: Article has the scientific, theoretical and practical value, as it is a study of the determinants of the organization of criminal communities in the drug sphere that is necessary for the further development of measures of prevention and counteraction to their activities.
