Reasons for outages in rural electric networks and their structuring

Бесплатный доступ

The analysis of statistical data on outages in rural 0.4 kilovolt electric networks for 6 years in one of the central regions of Russia was carried out. The statistics on emergency outages were structured by the months of occurrence of outages and their causes. It was revealed that the greatest number of emergency outages occurs in the period from May to September. Diagnostic analysis showed that this is due to both physical and moral wear and tear of equipment with increasing load in the electrical network, and with thunderstorm activity and untimely cutting of power lines. The imperfection of the outage accounting system and the need to structure the causes of outages in electrical networks below 35 kV were revealed. A classification is pro-posed that includes dividing outages by type into intentional and emergency, as well as indicating the causes of outages and their specification.
