The reasons hindering the development of the institution of public-private partnership (PPP) in the regions

This article discusses the problems that, according to the author, hinder the most frequent application of the practice of public-private partnership in Russia. It determines the position of the modern PPP institution in Russia, what difficulties investors and public partners have to face, as well as the question of why public-private partnership is not so popular in practice, despite the fact that it looks attractive.
