Causes, conditions and factors of minor crime: criminological analysis

The article is devoted to the analysis of the causal complex of juvenile delinquency. In modern criminology there is a growing concern about juvenile delinquency. The author believes that the study of the actual causes and conditions of juvenile delinquency, the identification of patterns of the causal complex of unlawful behavior of adolescents can significantly reduce the growth of crime among young people. The article analyzes such determinants of juvenile delinquency as causes, conditions, factors. The author explores the specifics of the determination of juvenile delinquency in Russia and foreign countries at the present stage. The author uses a comparative method of scientific analysis, which allows us to trace the specifics of the causal complex of juvenile delinquency both in Russia and in foreign countries. The historical method is also used, allowing the author to compare the determinants of juvenile delinquency characteristic of Soviet and modern Russia. Analytical work has been carried out to study the social factors that determine juvenile delinquency. An attempt was made to rank the various determinants of juvenile and adult delinquency. The author suggests that when studying the determinants of juvenile delinquency, special attention should be paid to the factors that determine criminal behavior. An integrated approach is proposed in the study of the causes, conditions and factors of juvenile delinquency. The author comes to the conclusion that the study and differentiation of the causes, conditions and factors influencing juvenile delinquency is of great theoretical, methodological and practical importance, since it allows for effective prevention of juvenile delinquency at an early stage, as well as successful resocialization of adolescents with unlawful behavior. The conclusions that are given in the article can be used by a wide range of researchers: lawyers, teachers, psychologists.
