The purpose of the study is to identify the most common causes of periprosthetic infection after hip arthroplasty and to find the ways to optimize the preventive component of the treatment process at all its stages in the center of traumatology, orthopedics and endoprosthesis (Center). Materials of the study included 34 cases of deep periprosthetic infection after total hip replacement performed in the hospital, which were analyzed by anamnesis collection, evaluation of the tactics of surgical treatment of patients, bacteriological sowing of the patient's biomaterial. The incidence of postoperative hematomas was studied by an Ultrasonic method. The evaluation of risk factors of infectious complications was carried out by a continuous method, the species composition of the isolated microflora was studied.
