The causes of pain syndrome severity in the early postoperative period after hernia repair method by transabdominal preperitoneal

Fixation of mesh prosthesis and its subsequent peritonization by different surgeons is performed differently, from which depends the severity of pain that was determined by the ten-point scale VAS. Depending on how the mesh prosthesis fixation was performed and its subsequent peritonization, method of transabdominalpreperitoneal(TAPP) was divided into three groups: TAPP1, TAPP2, and TAPP3. Demographically these groups were not significantly different. Published experience in this study shows that fixation of the mesh prosthesis lateral to the epigastric vessels and its subsequent peritonization using clips; dramatically increases the pain and the possibility of inguinal gap neuritis formation.
