Acceptable technologies of the oil and gas industry in the framework of the development of a low-carbon economy

The article analyzed the current state of the energy agenda of European countries and the Russian Federation. The main problems of the transition to carbon-free energy are outlined. An analysis of the applicability of promising and possible scientific and technological solutions in the oil and gas industry for a long transition period to carbon-free technologies relevant for the oil and gas sector of the Russian economy was also carried out.
