Techniques for countering the investigation of environmental crimes and use of the information about them during investigation

The article is devoted to the study of issues of counteracting the investigation of invironmental crimes by various participants in criminal proceedings. The authors present the grounds for the classification of techniques to counter the investigation of environmental crimes, using examples of practice, the role and importance of taking this category into account in the investigation is revealed. Options for the use of information about the ongoing counteraction by the subjects of investigation are outlined, practical recommendations are given.
