Applied political analysis as a component of the retraining of management staff of the state administration system (by the materials of the Republic of Belarus)

For the first time, the methodological foundations of applied political analysis have been developed as a component of the retraining of managerial personnel in public administration (based on the materials of the Republic of Belarus).The didactic phenomenon of political analysis and forecasting as the expediency of principles, methods, structure, technologies is revealed. The problematic aspects of applied political analysis and forecasting in the system of public administration in the context of a hybrid war, sanctions pressure against the Union State are outlined. Substantiated are proposals for improving the didactics of political analysis and forecasting in the retraining of public administration personnel.
