Use of autologous trabecular-and-cellular grafting in treatment of patients with gonarthrosis of different genesis

The results of treatment of 37 patients (47 joints) with heterogenous gonarthrosis of different stages at the age of 36-72 years have been studied. The disease duration was 6.1±0.5 years. The technique of subchondral fan-like tunnelization of articular parts with trabecular-and-cellular grafting has been used gonarthrosis treatment. Positive results of treatment were achieved in all the cases. The analysis of treatment results has demonstrated that the addition of tunnelization with trabecular-and-cellular grafting 25-30 % increases the effectiveness of rehabilitation in patients with gonarthrosis in comparison with the data of literature.
