Application the basin concept of environmental management for soil-water safety arrangement of agrolandscapes

Basin represents integral natural and economic system as it is the arena of interaction of nature and society where natural, economic and social demographic processes are interdependent, therefore at solving the problems of territorial scheduling it is rationally to use principles of basin concept. The developed scheme of work the projection of basin environmental management allows to pursue rational nature protection policy in the sphere of ground and water resources management. Design works on soil-water safety arrangement are executed on an example of Vorskla river basin (Belgorod oblast).
