Application of benchmarking to formation of well costs and risk analysis in its implementation

This article examines the essence of technological benchmarking and describes its key features that make it possible to use it to determine the cost of wells. Based on technological benchmarking, a methodology for forming the cost of wells is being developed, focused on the use of best practices, which increases the efficiency of investment projects for the construction of capital construction projects for oil companies. The article also offers practical recommendations for reducing the impact of risks associated with the implementation of a benchmarking solution.
