Private public partnership in housing and public utility sector

Such problems as obsolescence of fixed assets, low effectiveness of housing and utility services, and growth of emergencies demand considerable investments in housing and public utility sector’s modernization. However, existing credit products offered by banks don't allow involving loan resources. This problem can be solved through mechanisms of private public partnership. The article emphasizes need for the private public partnership when implementing investment projects in the housing and public utility sector. The author also substantiates use of specific schemes of partnership.
