Application of digital technologies for quality management of highway construction

In this article the necessity of information technology for quality management of highway construction is considered, because it is impossible to know the long-term plans of highway construction companies that have not updated their technological processes, which should move faster than other industries, and think that they have come to solve many problems in more and more ways. Revealed the main problems as the unsatisfactory state of operation of the main equipment, mainly physical and moral, and the speed of updating technology is clearly the speed of the end of science and technology. To solve this problem, the second problem, the problem of capital, must be solved. However, since the relationship between financial institutions and credit is still in its infancy, its financial resources seem insufficient and it needs considerable support. The third problem is producing results that cannot be improved on old data and production tools. Productivity and personnel problems, shortage of shop floor and engineering and service personnel, managerial personnel at almost all levels of the management structure. Also due to the underdeveloped basis and technology it is practically impossible to create products capable of competing with foreign analogs in terms of price and quality. To solve this problem, it is necessary to solve the problem of investment and strategy in the region.
