The studies have investigated methods of applying zinc fertilizer to the main entry and dusting of seeds in the cultivation of winter wheat on meadow-chernozem soil of the southern forest-steppe of the Omsk region. Field experiments were carried out in 2007-2012 in the fields of the Siberian research Institute of agriculture. The studies have used field and laboratory methods. Efficacy of zinc fertilizers in the estimated doses and their influence on the structure and quality of the crop. In the main application of zinc fertilizers the highest yield increase of wheat grain of 0.87 t/ha on average for 4 years of research were formed when applying the dose of zinc 8 kg/ha on the background of P60 (with an average yield of grain in an embodiment, N30 2.65 t/ha). When dusting seed zinc sulfate revealed that the most effective amid N30Р60 the use of zinc salts in doses of 100 and 150 g/kg is obtained almost the same average in two years, the yield increase of grain 0.79 and 0.83 t/ha, or 28.7 and 30.1% to the option of N30, respectively. The best method of study was the calculation of doses of fertilizers on the basis of optimal levels. Defined by Zn dose of 3.4 and 3.6 kg/ha increased yields of 0.60 and 0.49 t/ha, respectively, with yields on the background of N30Р60 2,61 t/ha. the Most stable positive effect on the structure of harvest is celebrated in the main application dose of 8 kg ha of zinc at sowing and dusting the salt zinc sulphate in a dose of 100 grams of salt per 1 kg of seeds.
