The paper presents the results of the study of the kinetics of oxidative dissolution of copper in the formation of thiocyanate complexes. The thermodynamic probability of the process of dissolution of copper in potassium rhodanide in the presence of an oxidant - oxygen of air is studied. The dependences of the specific dissolution rate of copper (W, mol/cm2 C) on the concentration of thiocyanate (CH, mol/dm3), pH, temperature (T, K), disk speed (ω, s-1) were studied.
