Application of herniologic technologies at patients with gastrointestinal fistula

The analysis of treatment of 645 patients with abdominal hernia was carried out 18 of them have combination of hernia and 5 type fistula. The operation includes herniotomy, intraabdominal period and abdominal cavity closure with herniologic technologies. Intraabdominal period depends of level of fistula and its site. For closure of abdominal cavity we used technologies of nonstrain hernioplasty. There were no intraabdominal complications and that confirm the efficacy of such approach in the treatment of patients with this pathology.
