Using of glucosaamynilmuramyldipeptide in the integrated treatment of erysipelation inflammation on the back of chronic venous insufficiency

There was undertaken a retrospective study of 100 case histories of patients suffering from erysipelatous inflammation on the back of chronic venous insufficiency. Based on those data there were determined consistent patterns of clinical progression of erysipelatous inflammation on the back of chronic venous insufficiency. The signs of secondary immunodeficiency were identified at those category of patients. An integrated treatment that included the use of glucosaamynilmuramyldipeptide immunomodulator was carried out in the main group of 25 patients. The criterions for selecting a drug were specific features of the clinical progression of the disease.
