Crushing of agricultural crops is a key process in agronomy, affecting the efficiency of processing and storage of seeds. This article examines wheat, oats and rye, analyzing their energy and quality indicators when working with a hammer crusher of the DI-500-01 brand. Calculations of specific energy consumption were carried out using experimental and theoretical approaches, and the qualitative characteristics of the crushing process were assessed.
